How custom orders work
1. Tell us your idea — A part you need, a gift, a design you've been picturing.
2. Send a file or just describe it — Have an STL file? Send it. Don't have one? Describe it and we'll work it out with you.
3. We plan it together — Materials, cost, and timeline, agreed up front before anything prints.
4. We print it and ship it — Or pick it up here in Billings, Montana. Regular orders ship next day; special orders can take up to a week to build.
What we build with
Every product we make starts as one of these materials. Pick by what your part has to survive:
- PETG — Our workhorse. Tough, waterproof, and UV resistant — good indoors and out.
- PETG carbon fiber — PETG stiffened with carbon fiber. Stronger and stiffer, with a clean matte finish.
- PLA carbon fiber — Light and stiff with crisp detail, reinforced with carbon fiber.
- TPU 95A — Flexible and rubber-like. Grips, bumpers, seals, and parts that need to bend without breaking.
- Carbon fiber nylon (PA6-CF) — Our strongest material. Built for heat, wear, and hard-working mechanical parts.
- ABS — Strong and heat-resistant — a classic engineering plastic for parts that take a beating.
